Our AUTOMATIC Renewal Policy
We will charge or debit your payment method at the beginning of your Wife Life U membership subscription. We will use the payment method currently associated with your membership account. If your credit or debit account has been closed or your payment method is otherwise invalid, your subscription may not renew and your Membership will revert to a locked Membership. If we are unable to collect payment prior to your next month’s renewal date, and you wish to retain your Membership, you will be subject to current payment plan offerings. In certain cases, such as an expired card, our payment processor will contact to update your credit card information to allow the purchase to go through. You can view your payment method at any time by logging in to your profile, Click the "Edit Membership" to view and edit your profile and account details.
Our Cancellation Procedure
Until you cancel via EMAIL using the email account associated with your membership (Note: social media or phone cancellations will NOT be accepted), billing will continue according to the cycle stated at the time of your joining the Wife Life U. You are welcome to cancel your membership at any time. No refunds will be given.
